First, if you hire someone that is a professional copywriter, they will always want to be sure you are happy with the end product.  There will be review opportunities and changes made so you are proud to put the message out in the world and the writer is proud of the work they did.

Second, some copywriters have a knack for getting the voice of their client. They may have some conversations with you, read some of your past writing, talk about the message you want to convey and how you want to get it across clearly.  They don’t jump in and write in your voice; it takes a little time. Stick with it a bit because once they get your voice, they can handle so much of the writing for you and free up your time.

Third, you get what you pay for.  Sure, there are writers that charge a small fee but is the work they produce up to your standards?  Probably not.  If you are spending more time rewriting it isn’t worth the small amount you are paying.  When you hire a professional copywriter, they have been trained in their craft and practice it daily to get better and better.  Sure, the amount you invest with them is higher but if you are getting the results you desire, it more than makes up for the investment.
