“How Do I Know You Are Qualified?”

We have been in business for 19 years.  We have a lot of experience and skillsets that we continually enhance so we can help our clients in a number of ways. Our goal is for you to have success and reach your own goals. Our expertise includes operations, project management, process implementation, strategic planning, leadership, team building, execution, change management, business growth, hiring, training, copywriting, copyediting, marketing and sales.

 “Why should I hire a Virtual Executive Assistant, Online Business Manager or Project Manager in order to grow my business?”

You can’t do it all yourself.  If you try to you will inevitably get overwhelmed.  We have a team that can support you in administrative tasks such as email and calendar management, CRM management, and more.  Our team can also support you in business management and if you need project management for your own team or your client work, we can do that as well. 

With our skillsets we understand all the moving elements that go into various projects such as with marketing and product launches, how to implement your visions, and how to oversee and keep projects on time and on budget when it comes to all the projects you manage. 

“Do you have experience in my industry?”

We may, but it doesn’t matter either way.  When we work with you, we learn about your business and industry and gather all types of information so that we can help you to grow it in the best way. We look for what will make you stand out from your competitors. We put in the time to get to know you, your business, your industry and what is working and not working to get you results.

We get to know our clients and build a relationship. No matter what capacity we work with you in, we care about you and your business and work hard to help you succeed. None of our clients are less important than any others. We bring our best to everyone that we work with. 

We are not just task takers.  We are always looking for ways to take more off your plate and ensure things run smoothly with the right systems and processes being in place. We stay at least a step ahead of you as much as possible so we can effectively fill in the gaps that are needed, identify challenges and quickly determine root causes and solutions and implement those solutions effectively. We can assess situations objectively, break down complex issues or projects so they are manageable and find the right people to delegate to. You don’t have to do it alone.

We work best with clients that are ready to delegate and know that their tasks are being taken care of while they focus on what they are best at.

You can expect to be able to spend more time working “on” your business and less time “in” it.  You can expect that you will feel less overwhelmed.

“Do You Work Weekends?”

We don’t typically work weekends as that is family time BUT when you are a client we are open to it if you request ahead of time (for instance to get a launch ready or tighten things up for an event or speaking gig). We will also respond if you have a quick question and send a text on a weekend. We are entrepreneurs also and know that sometimes weekend work is inevitable. If we are available we are happy to help if needed.
